The hours for November will be posted at the soonest, 60days out.
Until then the best you can do to predict what the hours might be is look at the Historical Info.
Here's a link to the thread https://www.disboards.com/threads/historical-dlr-park-hours-entertainment-and-refurbs.2291124/

Hope this helps....

As an old WDW vet, this is one those things that frustrates me to no end. Six Flags, Universal, and Legoland can get calendars out 6 months in advance, but Disneyland can only go 6 weeks. It's really ridiculous. Tells the world that they don't have a clue what they're doing.

Sure, WDW puts a calendar 6+ months in advance. Then changes it repeatedly. Is that really better than DLR?

That must be something new. Back when we would travel there, which ended in 2012, I would be checking the hours of opening and closing for the parks so I could make my plans on which park I'd be at and then get dining reservations accordingly. Once they were set, they rarely changed. The only time I remember a change was on our last trip during Christmas time, and DHS ended up adding an hour to the end of each weekday. That was the ONLY time I saw the times change at WDW, and it was for the better.

I think for the most part if WDW changes the hours, it's almost always to increase them.

It has changed. Nowadays, if you go to the DW Planning Board you'll find that there are numerous changes and when the calendar is first posted there are reminders that there will be many changes in the next 6 months which leads to many complaints about having to change plans when the schedules are revised.

While I wish DL posted their calendar a little farther out than 6 weeks, at least there seem to be very few changes once it is posted so not many have to revise their daily plans. Mostly we've seen closing times adjusted by an hour or two.

To be fair to WDW, I agree with @Linkura that park hours are the most likely to change. And only to be increased in my experience. I have not seen WDW change EMH except to add more EMH's. With entertainment, it is usually to add entertainment.

On my trip to WDW next week, they have

a) Increased MK hours on both days we are there
b) Increased AK hours on both days we are there (and added more entertainment)
c) Added EMH AM and PM to our AK days
d) I believe they also increased DHS hours too

As the PPs have said, the WDW calendars under-go a fair amount of revisions from when they are first posted to when the day passes. For most part, it is to add hours or entertainment, but it can mean that your "pre-park opening" breakfast is no longer pre-park opening or your "park closing" time dinner is no longer at park closing. It can also alter which days you want to go to a specific park based on when the EMHs are scheduled.
