Which is the best week to go? The last week of November (week after Thanksgiving) or the last week of January? I've been in November before (Thanksgiving week and the week before), but I've never been in January. I want to go in Value Season (mostly because of lower crowds), which is why I chose those weeks. DD's birthday is January 24th, so I was hoping to go then, but I'd rather have nice weather than iffy weather.

What should I do? :confused3

I think your chances of "iffy" weather are about the same for either of those times. If you want to enjoy the Christmas decorations, go the end of November since everything is decked out by Thanksgiving. I think it would be great to go and celebrate the birthday there. We've been there in both months and have enjoyed each.
