November? Is this a good time to go?

My husband and I are trying to decide when to go this year. We just bought a house so we feel really lucky that our income tax refund will be enough to pay for a trip this year. Otherwise, it would be no disney magic this year! My husband, however, is a true convert and would never have made it without a trip back.

Wen is the best time to go in November? Is November better than September? We need to save as much money as possible and so we want value season. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

we went november 14-19th 2003 and thought it was a great time to go! the weather was fantastic and the crowds were low. i would go in november again for sure.

the week just prior to thanksgiving week is a great week.

November is the BEST time to go. The weather is perfect. The crowds are fine, except for Thanksgiving.

I think the Food and Wine Festival at EPCOT is wonderful. This year, that is scheduled for 1 October through 14 November. There are food kiosks throughout Future World, selling small portions of wonderful international offerings, and the wines to match.

Alternatively, if you want to get into the Chrismas spirit early, decorations are planned to go up on the 26th.

One caveat (or enticement, depending on your interests): ABC Soap Weekend is often held in November at MGM Studios. This means that park is very crowded and EPCOT area resorts less available. (On the other hand, you will see daytime movie stars..........) I don't believe that has been scheduled yet.

It's a great time to go. If you go after Thanksgiving, you can also enjoy the Christmas decorations(which are fantastic).
