November/December 2025 Refurbs...Big Thunder reopened on November 2! Casey Jr & Storybookland reopen Nov. 14!

Enjoy Casey Jr. and Storybookland! I love them and enjoyed them during my May 2025 trip. Unsure when I am planning another trip to DL but I am glad they are reopening.
Well I adore both, especially at night

But more importantly my daughters 14 year old friend will be with us, it’s her FIRST time to Disney and and I want her to see everything!!!

Just wanted to say thank you to you for keeping us informed, even though you're kinda off DL at the moment. I always appreciate your posts!

Just do not know when I will return! Definitely in 2026. It is fun to see what is going on! Living on the East Coast is far away from DL closer to WDW but I prefer DL. DL is better. And WDW Magic Kingdom getting rid of Rivers of America and such. Plus I do not like WDW Fantasyland as compared to DL. Florida is too big. DL and DCA are smaller but have more attractions than WDW.

My final thoughts on BTMR. We rode it a total of eight times during our trip. Waterfall was on half of the time. The misters make it better when the water is off. Definitely an improvement! My wife noted that goat is "fluffier", and when I took a closer look, it definitely has been replaced/modified. It looks great. The overall ride seems smoother and I would have to say the upgrades/improvements are all terrific. 10 out of 10!

You guys are convincing me to give it a try this time! It got so it was just so jerky and rattling, it wasn't fun for my old bones! But now I am encouraged!
