I'm so bummed, I got an email this morning from the Lord Sheffield that their boat is broken so our charter on Tuesday in St. Maarten is canceled...Oh well...

I planned to pack all day today - but got work to do so I'm hoping by noon to start - we'll be driving up in the morning.

I'm sorry your excursion got cancelled. Though I'm pretty sure you guys will find something else that will be adequate, if not better! At least you guys weren't on the boat when it broke. We wouldn't want anything to happen to you guys.

Hey everyone! For whomever is still around, we just got a phone call from the Travel Agent. Disney has changed our cruise to a Western due to the storm!
Here's the new info:
Sun - At Sea
Mon - Costa Maya
Tues - Cozumel
Wed - Grand Cayman
Thurs - At Sea
Fri - Castaway Cay

she did say they may change it back! I don't care where we go! I can't wait!

Wow - thanks for letting us know Kristine - I'm with you - I just can't wait to get away tomorrow. I've been packing up a storm the past few hours - got mine and dd's clothes done at this point. I guess my excursion being canceled in St. Maarten was a "sign."

I really hope they change it back. Grand Caymen is currently be ravaged by a hurricane and Cozumel well lets say it looks like I will not need to set foot off the boat the entire cruise Guess I better pack another 2 bottles

Thanks for the update. After I looked online at our reservations I thought maybe the DCL web site. But you guys confirmed it. As much as I'd like to go to the Eastern Caribbean...I'm with KBennett...I don't care where we go...I just can't wait to be on the boat!!!

I've been part of a lot of hurricane parties but hadnt expect this to be one of them. Paloma is a Cat 4 this morning nearly over Cayman!

Disney Cruise website has a message confirming the change...I'm trying to figure out why we'd be going to where the hurricane is? Must be based on projected storm tracking. Cayman's been slammed. Well...it's an adventure!

Not too bummed about this change. We've been on 4 eastern cruises and I was wondering why I booked a 5th one but I just love the eastern. I was telling my husband last week that we should do a western one next, I just didn't think it would be this soon. We'll see how it goes. I just love being on the Magic and couldn't care less where it's going.

I'm sitting at the Radisson right now just waiting for when it is time to go catch the shuttle. See everyone soon.

Hello all. Just arrived home about 20 minutes ago. Want to let everyone know it was great getting to meet you all last Saturday at the Meet and Greet. As far as FE's were concened they were all great and the gifts inside were all so so different. Thanks to all of you and for all who made door magnets they were so inventive. Hope everyone gets home safe and sound. Did everyone see the Shuttle launch on Friday night? We were in the Palo that night and we all went on deck to see it. I would say that will be the closest I ever get to it. Well it's back to the old grind tonight. Back to work on Monday will be a drag. But have to pay for those bills we all racked up while on board and to start saving for the next trip. Take care all!!

Am back...boo hoo. Had a blast. I was hoping to thank everyone individually for the wonderful FE gifts but my dd had them opened and either eaten, worn or played with before I had a clue what was what. She enjoyed everything. So thank you all!

And a special thanks goes out to Kate-Morgan4 for organizing the meet and greet and the FE gifts!! Good job kate!!

Thanks for all the FE treats. My kids had so much fun checking for surprises. I can't believe how much stuff we brought home! you guys are the best! Hope you all had as much fun as we did! I still can't believe it's over........

Back at work.... No one has offered me a drink of the day.... I wonder if my room has been cleaned yet?....

I have not uploaded my pics yet. They came out great! Several pics of others, including the little dwarfs on stage with snow white. If any of those dwarfs were your little ones, stand by for pics.

Great cruise. I will try to get together the highlights and post later. The priority now to get my deposits back from the planned excursions we never made it to on STM and STT.

We rebooked onboard for the Med in Aug 2010. Let's hope we can budget our way there so we don't have to reschedule.
