I can't believe that in 2 weeks we will be relaxing on the Magic!!!

I have PMed those participating in the gift exchange with the map and list. Let me know if you do not get it.

That's no fun to be sick, I am glad you are starting to feel better. Have a safe drive down to Disney! We are going to be right behind you, but we are flying. We check into Pop Century on Nov.5 But won't get in until 11:30p.m., so by the time we get to our room we will be more then ready for bed! The best part though is we will wake up at Disney!!!!! We are going to spend the first full day at Downtown Disney and go shopping, then head back to Pop Century and hang out there! Then the 2nd full day we are going to the Magic Kingdom Park! After that it will be time to head over to the Swan Resort to get on the DCL Bus!!!!! I will be sure to you look for you too at Pop Century, but if I don't see you there will see each other on the ship!

It is sooooooo cold and windy here today! I was suppose to get my hair cut today, but changed it for next sat. As the weather is to bad to go out in, I might just blow away! LOL


How many people are signed up again for the FE exchange? Just want to make sure I have enough, right now I have 44 bags ready to go!

So far we have 30 staterooms, so yes you have more than enough!!

Kate- Thank you so much for the list and map. I am scheduled to deliver on Mon. but the gift I picked out could be useful the first day. Is it possible to start delivering some on Sun.? then finish up on Monday if need be.

Just packed up my box full of fish extender gifts to send to the ship? Anyone else doing this? I was wondering how soon I should ship it to make sure it gets there. Anyone not have their box show up? I just figure if I can mail them it saves space in the suitcase.

Good morning all! Thanks Kate. Got my pm last night! I still have a few things to buy but should be ready to go.

I am not packing that many clothes. I figure I will be wearing shorts and bathing suits all day then something nice for dinner. I SHOULD be able to fit it all in one suitcase right?????

I have things laid out all over the place!!!

I think that I have all of my things purchased, my door signs are printed out (I wanted to do more, but DH said NO MORE!!), FE stuff is done, FE made, Pirate costumes made (these will get tested out this Friday!)

Someone asked my Emily what she was going to be on Halloween....."a pirate"......"because my mom is too LAZY to make me another costume"!!!!! Me? LAZY? She just lost two Christmas presents for that comment!!!!

On deck 2 it is TBD - they are upgrading and don't have their room assignment yet.

The same is for cbettencourt and stiners, but I have not heard from Stiners in a long time, so I don't know if they are still participating.

Glad I am not the only one with things laid out all over the place--actually confined to the larger Mickey bed which you can't tell it is a bed!

Today I actually took some of the clothes off of the bed and returned them to the closet. I am improving, but I have a long way to go!

I told our friends I had a really good idea...you know how people have those businesses that come to your house and decorate your house and wrap your Christmas gifts.....how about a business where they come to your house and pack your clothes! . Of course you would also need the service on the ship because I really hate that more than the packing at home!

Kate, that "lazy" quote is going to come back and bite your daughter some day! Be sure you take lots of pictures! I can't wait to see what you have made! You have been one busy lady!

I took time out to bake a cherry pie today! I can't tell you how long it has been since I have baked a pie from scratch. We have had a lot of frozen ones over the past months, but for me to actually make a pie crust, it has been a while! Don't know what got into me...must be the change in the weather!

Wow! I am getting so excited to meet everyone! I am also so anxious to see our daughter, son-in-law and grandson! Only wish our grandson could come on the cruise, but he has to go back to work, so we will really enjoy our time at WDW with him.

Hello everyone! Just a quick weather report for all of you traveling down here to sunny florida. It's freezing!!!!! For the next few days it's supposed to be in the 40's in the morning. I'm hoping this unseasonably chilly weather is gone soon, we don't have any warm clothes yet! I was waiting til after vacation to dig out the long sleeves! Now, it's one more thing I have to do.......

37 degrees in the Panhandle today. Noramlly I love this type of weather but I hope it warms up for all those doing to WDW before the cruise.

Off to look for luggage. Went into the attic yesterday to get the packing started and saw that my two older kids took all of my "good" luggage when they left for college. ugh. So I have a broken piece and a piece I have to carry. Oh well. I was planning on packing light anyway!

Thank you so much. We printed one this weekend, but will do one of these signs as well. If more people spent timing think of what these young men and woman are doing for use or remembering that many have served so that we may have the freedoms we have it would be wonderful.
