Ok, I've decided to jump into the FE craziness, I know DD10 will love it. However, I'm NOT crafty at all and I don't want to spend the $$ on a custom FE so since we're sailing in Dec. I'm thinking of just using a Disney Christmas stocking. Would that be weird?

My husband and I will be using stockings for our FE's. I picked up some at hobby lobby so I could decorate them

Few are for fun! Don't break the bank on a FE or the gifts!! Anything goes! have fun with it!! You can label gifts any way you choose! I like labeling them... That way if we see you on the ship we can say thank you! If you don't want to label it... That's fine also!

Wow, I have missed a lot!! LOL That's what vacation does to you!!! Just got back a couple nights ago from visiting home!! Got to spend a ton of time with my family and our friends and go to Disney, of course!! It's nice to be back home though! I'm about to grab the Monster and head out to Hobby Lobby for what is, I hope, the last stuff I need to make our costumes!!!

Well Changed our plans so we could enjoy the Christmas magic on the wonder- Grateful for my DB-inlaw who got us hooked up w/ FE group! We have been on 2 others both on the DREAM so I"m excited to see the smaller ship and JAMACIA BABY!!!!!!!! GRAND CAYMEN BABY
Any suggestions for Jamacia? Really want to try the bob sled..but sounds pricey=anyone know if it's worth it???
Oh, guess I should into: I'm Jodstertx (aka Jody) and DH is Chris..
We are from the Dallas area, we will be driving down to Galveston.
I hear from the locals that several Ships in Nov/DEC get fogged out ...So the return to port has been late on several cruise lines that go into port there.
(If you are not from TX or not been to Galveston, "The Spot" on the seawall is a local fav) SOOOO looking forward to this trip!

Welcome aboard! We have decided to do the bob sleds as a family! Yes it seems pricey.. but I think it will be worth it! Yaa Maan!! Working on the Jamaican accent! Very excited to have you all join us!

Has anyone figured out the best way to get from IAH airport to Galveston? We are looking to travel to Galveston the night before the cruise, but I can't find any transfer options which are decently priced?

My husband, daughter (21 months) and I just booked this cruise yesterday! (I know, REALLY last minute, but my husband's cousin is working on the ship and just got us a deal on a verandah room we couldn't pass up! Plus, we really want to see her again!) It'll be our second Disney cruise - our first was a year ago on the Fantasy.
Someone asked about jackets. It might be a little rainy, so we're bringing light rain coats.
If anyone has great excursion ideas for any of the ports, I'd love to hear them! We obviously have done no planning, but with a little one flexibility is what we're all about.
