So, Im on hold with RPR Reservations.
Why? you ask
Greed, plain and simple
Were leaving on Monday and Ive booked the room at the stay 7, pay 4 (length of stay) discount. But I wanted more .
I didnt think there was any larger discount, but when I called, the lovely lady said that she could reduce my overall cost by $80. The length of stay discount has increased!
So, Im holding, waiting for the adjustment.
Were so stinking excited about this trip, its really pathetic. Truly, we work like dogs and really need to get away.
Im fully immersed in my normal week before we leave freak out. I want everything to be right and this is what I get .
1. Both kids sick, coughing, nasty cold (no FEVER, NO SWINE FLU!!!)
2. DD falls off a treadmill at a friends house (not making this up). Bruised, bloodied, cut.. BUT nothing broken. (I take what I can get)
3. I wear glasses, and Ive scratched a lens. So, I send out for a new one which may not be ready in time
What I really need is to be bundled into a rug and shipped to Orlando ..
And speaking of transportation, here is how were getting to and from the airports:
Were going to take our own car and park it at JFK. Totally stinks but its the cheapest option. I priced a car service which would be $230 each way. Waaaaayyy too much $$ for us.
Were using a car service from MCO to RPR. My friend used them in July and had a really good experience and Ive heard good things about them on the boards. (Murray Hill Transportation, $95 RT).
We wont have a car while were in Orlando which is fine by me. Ill already be where I want to be!
Were going to SeaWorld as well and well probably take a taxi since we want to get there at park opening for the dolphin feeding The shuttle leaves too late I think.. If we do a second SeaWorld day, well do the shuttle then.
Totally excited!!!!!

YAY! I am so excited too! It is Friday, 10 am here, and I hate to wish precious hours of my life away - - but C'mon already!!! 
Totally enjoying the PTR and can't help wishing it were Sept 2010 now!!! I want to go so bad!!!
