Okay--I'm caught up now. Looks like there has been lots of commotion since I last looked in on this. Dyerneeds, you are making my mouth water and the tears flow. I miss cruising! We were on the Magic in February and I still have all this time to wait until we can go again! DH (Bob) and I will be sailing on our fourth cruise (unless we can do a three day somewhere between now and then).

No one has started a roll call and since LadyBug23 started this thread, we were hoping she would edit her first post to include a roll call for us.

we've been toying with sneaking in a 4 day cruise somewhere before this one..but me thinks we'll be doing a few WDW trips instead.

We had an AMAZING weekend at the Disneyana collectibles show and sale in Dayton Oh...bought too much stuff but we had a blast!

Wanted to pop in and say hi. We are booked on this cruise also. It is myself, DH and DD who will be 10 on the cruise (2 weeks away from 11). So excited to see other 10/11 year old girls will be cruising also. This will be our second DCL cruise. First one was Nov 2011 for DD's 9th birthday on the Magic. Getting very excited! Where is everyone's stateroom? We are in 10658.

I read Mike's TR from their last Eastern cruise and it looks fabulous! *sigh* -- can't wait!

And I read Cass' description of the Dream when it was new to help me plan our Dec. '11 cruise -- was it you who made that beautiful video? I watched that a lot while I was waiting for my cruise day to arrive!

So...a little more about me. I am a long-time Passporter girl, hence my frequent lurking here. DH and I are in our early fifties with adult children, who cruised with me on the December trip. DH is not a *huge* Disney fan, although he will tell you he is...but I certainly am. He's planning on reading on the verandah all day; I'm planning on being up on deck or at character meets. I'll probably only see him for breakfast and dinner LOL.

We live in central Indiana and I'm hoping to convince him to fly in the day before the cruise and stay at the Hyatt MCO like I did with our boys....so comfy!

My screen name comes from my always wearing Mickey Mouse earrings. Always.

But you can call me Linda. Can't wait to meet all of you!

Hi Linda! you guys arnt too far from us..we're in NE Ohio. we too are in our
50's and have 2 grow kids and 3 grandkids..our daughter and her husband live near Cincinnatti.

ah yes Cass is a "Gold Mine" of information.
we havnt bought a Passporter in a few years but were thinking of buying one so we could get used to the Fantasy a little before the cruise.
But the more i think of it, perhaps Robin and i will just follow Cass around wherever she goes all week!

Don't bother with the passporter! You will be slightly disoriented on the first day...but will be a pro by the next day
