November 2, 2013 - Disney Fantasy 7 night Eastern - Cruise Meet

Hello all!
We were on the Fantasy last week, had a fantastic time and the weather was gorgeous. So of course we booked this cruise:thumbsup2. I am already missing the beautiful ship and can not wait for next year! It will be Myself, DH, and my three kids along with my oldest daughter's boyfriend.

Crazy busy week so I wanted to pop in and wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and safe travels for those traveling.

Happy Turkey weekend to everyone!

It'll be a quiet one for Robin and myself..Both kids are either working or with inlaws so Robin will be forced to spend the weekend with just me. (poor girl)

Well... That gives her plenty of time to plate that special holiday meal so your foods don't touch!

I can't wait to meet you guys :)

I'm spending the day with a few premature babies, making holiday pay -- I have that Fabulous Disney World Vacation coming up and mommy needs a new pair of Mickey earrings!!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all of our cruisemates!!

Allen & I are off to WDW tomorrow! Staying at VWL for 2 weeks & have been planning this trip for 2 years. Thank goodness it's finally here. :woohoo: Guess waiting just a year for our cruise to get here will come much quicker! :cool1:

We booked the Residence Inn this morning...

We need to think about where to spend a night or two at WDW before the cruise, as well!

hahaha, thats sounds like us in reverse...Robin has a really great job, great benefits and wants to retire in a couple years but it will be difficult to give that up...I however remain a bum.:upsidedow I'm her trophy husband.:groom:

I could be a trophy husband!

I learned last week that WDW Radio will be sponsoring a group of over 500 on our voyage. Is that good or bad?

Kommando K and I are 2 weeks out from WDW. Looking forward to a meet up with DyerNeeds and company.

We were part of the WDW Radio group that sailed a few weeks ago. Won't see MORE people because of that - you can only fit so many folks on the ship. Had a great time with that group as we had lots of things to do. You'll find the lounges at night filled with people. Otherwise the only differences were - LOTS of yellow lanyards, and the possibility of meeting Richard Sherman who was a guest of the group. I don't know who will be coming next year, but I'd be just as happy if Mr Sherman was to come on again. We had a great time with him in the Walt Disney Theater.

I think it's a good thing. You know that there will be more hardcore Disney fanatics on board, not just family cruisers. (unless you're only going on the cruise because someone in your family is the diznut, and you can barely tolerate all that Disney stuff! :rotfl2:)

John I was on that cruise on Nov 4th and I was happy when I heard you guys have booked this cruise too! Your entire group was great! You are right there will be yellow lanyards everywhere! I have had this cruise booked for a year now and can't think of a better group to be on board with.

I've been a WDW fan for a while and biggest problem is will I feel left out since I didn't book with the group? We're still trying to decide if we will rebook to be in on the activities. I agree with John that I would love to have seen and been a part of the Sherman concert.
