November 1st question

I have planned my first trip to Universal November 1st-4th. At the time I booked it, I didn't know anything about the Halloween event. I know my kids wouldn't be into that so my question is, is IOA still open while the party is at US? If not, it really cuts my touring time down. I had planned to tour both parks Saturday (early afternoon arrival) and Sunday, then head to Epcot Monday, then Tuesday would be doing our favorites again . What should I do about Saturday November 1st?

saturday is the last day for HHN.
you won't have crowds in the park after that .
usually you don't........

if you go to the parks on saturday, the crowds will begin around 3ish. leave at that time for your hotel and spend the rest of the afternoon in the pool.
city walk probably won't be as usually crowded since most will be at the parks that evening for hhn. jmo

the studios will close at 5 on saturday
ioa closes at 7:00 on saturday.

when sunday rolls around, back to normal off season hours at the parks.
