November 18, 2012 ~ Turkey day on the Wonder

So far I only have 3 people who would like the calendars I'm making. You didn't have to be part of the FE to get one! I just wanted to share with everyone on our cruise.

My kids both have some sort of chest infection (one is coughing bad, the other has a sore throat and fever), so it doesn't seem related to the illness on the ship (which by the way was definately Stomach Flu - one of the crew kept saying GI infection so definately). Hate when they get ill at the end of a vacation and have to miss (more) school. Ugh.

As for our next cruise, we're looking at maybe 2014! Might do a B2B, but don't know for sure yet!

What a great cruise and it was such fun to meet you all! The FE gifts were very special and we loved participating in it. We live in Orange County so probably had the shortest ride home.
One of our friends on the cruise had an electroinic nightmare - broke a Wave phone, had their iPhone swamped on a boat in Cabo (they were using the phone's camera cuz the camera dropped and the lens broke!) and lost their spare camera battery.
We ran into another family from Irvine we knew and their son got sick and had the 24 hour quarantine - they said 18 people were quarantined for at least a day. Sooo glad it was not one of us. He had to miss the first port day in Cabo.
The 5th grade'ish age girls in our group sure had fun. Katie is trying to figure out how to meet up with doubletroube as they don't live too far away.

Would love to cruise out of Barcelona this summer but think we will have to save up for that in 2014. Everyone have a great Christmas season!
