Guess I'll get this thread started.

My wife and I are planning on celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary on the Dream! Can't book it yet because we're still paying for our WDW vacation for November 2012.

Looking forward to hearing from other cruisers! I'm a cruise newbie, so any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I have added your thread to the cruise meet list :cool1:

Have a great cruise!

We've booked our first Disney Cruise! My birthday is on the 18th so we'll be celebrating it on the cruise. :bday:

My hubby's is on the 16th and we'll be celebrating his at Discovery Cove! :bday:

Can't wait to get to know others who will be on the same cruise :yay::yay:

Hello All!

We recently booked this cruise. We will be celebrating our Daughter's 7th birthday (a few days early as her bday is on the 24th). It will be me, my DH, and our two daughters ages 6 (almost 7) and 3.

Guess what? One year today we will be on this cruise! yay!! :cool1:

Look forward to getting to know you all,and who wants to start a FE?? :)
We'd love to participate again!

Jen-

Just booked this cruise today. It will be me, DH, and our two little girls who will be 10 and 6. It will be our first cruise, and we're very excited!

My brother and I gave my parent's this cruise for Christmas!! So My Mom, Dad, my best friend Kevin and I will be sailing Nov 17th :) Everybody cried when my mom read the card.

I'm getting very excited about the trip and so are my girls (aged 10 and 7)

Is anyone else spending any time in Orlando before or after the cruise?

We are spending two days before the cruise in Orlando going to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. After the cruise we'll head to Tampa and go to Busch Gardens and to See Winter at the Clearwater Aquarium. We thought it would be too much to try and fit in Disney too so we'll come back in a few years and do a full week at just Disney.

I am planning our first cruise with Disney, I am so excited! I'm surprising my daughter!

How old is your daughter?

I just found out what a FE is and I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooo in!!!!! pixiedust::cool1:pixiedust::cool1:

I'm a newbie though so you'll have to give me direction on how we do it. Anyone else interested?

We are in for FE as well! My daughter will be twelve when we cruise.

My oldest will be 11 the day after the cruise. I told them a little bit about the FE and how there were other people with kids who would be taking part and they were all excited about helping me out with the FE and then they said "do you think we could play with the kids too?" I said of course you can and now they are even more excited!!! LOL

My older daughter will also turn 11 shortly after the cruise (about a month). We should definitely plan a meet up so they can all get to know each other!

A meet up would be a great idea. Our youngest daughters are very close in age too (6 & 7). We'll be in Orlando for 6 days prior to the cruise but not planning on doing Disney (although we may change our minds once there) we are doing discovery cove, seaworld, Legoland, and probably universal studios.

This thread is too quiet! It's exactly 7 months from now that we leave for our trip! Still so far away but since we booked it last July it seems like it's soon!
