Okay, so I just went and checked out my "My cruise plans" online, something I have avoided doing on this dang slow dialup. It's then I realize I have Palo brunch AND high tea on Thursday. Brunch at 10:30, High tea at 3:00 (what can I say? IT WAS 3:00 AM, PEOPLE!!) So, is this doable? desirable? They say brunch lasts from 10:30-12:30?! It's not buffet?
Also, this really screws up my getting to do the little secret thing at 11:30 Thursday. Which I REALLY wanted to see. Reckon I can catch up in the middle of it or something? And I wanted to do lunch with y'all, too--I guess I can stop by and visit. But I REALLY want to see the secret stuff!! Suggestions? Should I cancel high tea? Anything to it, anyway? I just thought European husband would like it since it is something he is familiar with. I don't do tea unless it's over ice with sugar, so, just, whatever, for me. If it's just tea and cookies, I think I'd rather do the secret! But, again, I'm pretty much clueless...

The high tea is at 3PM our lunch will be over than.So go to the tea it should be really nice plus as you say it will be something your husband will enjoy. For the brunch eat from 10:30 til 11:45 then leave. The surpise should still be there when you arrive hopefully. You miss a little, but see a little and everyone will be happy. Then you can spend the other hours 12:30 to 1:30 with all of us getting to know each other before high tea.

Okay, ladies, maybe we've hit on something here! Maybe the guys will bond and all head out in search of tools or other such manly fare in Mexico and we gals can go shopping for pretty Mexican dresses and such! A girl's day out! With margaritas!

How true! We were on vacation with some friends at Disneyland Paris. The day we arrived, the latch on their luggage broke. If we had duct tape, the husband would not have had to miss dinner to find a luggage store and buy a $200 replacement suitcase. OUCH!

if we get the APL rotation that we want, the character breakfast will be at 10am thursday....you might have to go to change your palo brunch ressie to monday morning....remember they save some slots for people booking on board and then you could go to everything and not worry about brunch on thursday!!!

Good Morning one and all. Got my banking done right after I signed off. Thank goodness. Now I know all the bills are paid for til we get back. That's not long is it.
Anyway....I'm off to work in a while and just wanted to wish everyone a good day as I won't be back on here til tonight when I come home. Have a great day all.......
Oh my, my, in 4 days I'll be getting ready for Rapid Rover to come and pick us up and take us to the airport on Friday. Then onto the Magic on Saturday! I can't believe it.

Good Morning All!

Can I just say that the men in my family have the capacity to drive me even nuttier then my PPM (porkroll packing mom)! Last night they all tried on their dress pants and they actually fit. I thought all was good until I mentioned that we needed to get some dress shoes.....that's when the fits began. My DH actually had the audacity to say that his black sneakers WERE his dress shoes. The boys followed suit and I wound up throwing my arms in the air and leaving the room while they all stood there shirtless in their dress pants holding sneakers..............

where's that tequilla?

Spending some For DD. Hopefully its just a quick bug and leaves very quickly!!!!

I think it is working. things are calming down her quite nicely. We are using the (BRAT diet)Bananas Rice Apples Toast diet today so hopefully her little body will bounce back quickly and no one else in the house will get this.

I totally feel your pain. Vito jr (11) Pitched quit a fit about the entire dress shoe issue. I finally gave in a got him a pair of shoes that are not exactly dress shoes but will work.I really had to push the dressing formal issue with DH. When we went on the Wonder hardly anyone was dressed up so he wasn't buying the idea. But since I do all the packing he jets to wear what I say!!!!
