Finally got out the old laptop so I could now chat on Tuesday. I was so frustrated last week that one I couldn't respond the way I like, and two that the pop ups stop me from participating. I will just be thankful that I have a laptop that I can use if my desktop does have to be put to sleep. Ok, going to take care of the sick hubby now.

I have check in question of my own:
DH is a non-citizen, so I know we HAVE to go to that line to check in. Soooo, how in the world do I get my CC member lanyard??! Will they give me one there or do I have to go thru yet another check in? Do I offer to show my CC card or will they ask?
I hate to miss getting my "freebie" just because I'm married to a foreigner!!

Something OT but I had wanted to tell you all about the new Nemo attraction at the Living seas (now just called the "Seas")It is really a cute ride . The cars are like the doom buggys from HM but look like clam shells. It is a calm ride , but Angelina was scared by the deep water fish from the movie (remember the guy that had all the spikys all over him and the light hanging from his front) and Bruce the shark. All in all it was neat . One complaint they have not figures wheelchair parking yet and Angies chair was a good 200 feet away through a crowd.Shw can walk some , but will not walk in such a crowd. It was the last thing my back needed.The "seas" is not completely a finding Nemo attraction.

Ok it's a new day and a new post. On 11-15 we will be going to Paradise Beach to play and relax.

Did you all know that yesterday the October double dip group left? We were originally booked for that one. They sounded like a fun group too so I can't wait to hear their reports.

Morning double dippers! More pre-trip activities today (both things I've ATTEMPTED to do earlier). Have to get my ear re-pierced and get the formal night ensemble to the tailor. Sure hope I will be able to do a quick jewelry change with a hole only four weeks old. My BEAUTIFUL sister bought me some ear bobs while we were in Vegas and I want to wear them formal night.
Hmmmmm, I also have to get my hair re-cut on Monday (there's a clump that is not falling correctly), so that's a do-over too.

It sounds like we are going to keep Shirley at The Perfect Gift pretty busy for our cruise, doesn't it? She is such a sweet lady and a good friend to DISers.

Let's see, on 11/15 we will be doing our Royal Dolphin Swim....I'm sure I'll be spending the morning keeping Peggy from bouncing off the walls in anticipation! We will probably have lunch in Cozumel....don't know where....any suggestions? It might be appropiate to have lunch at Senor Frog's, Peggy knows why. Looks like I should be doing a bit more Cozumel research, eh? Hope the Magic gets to dock that day...save that tender time for shopping! Of course, we'll be excited about seeing everyone in their pirate night finery. These two sisters will be wearing pirate Mickey ears (two different styles) and some pirate booty (beaded necklaces). It will be a long day AND we have to set the clocks forward one hour before bed....good thing 'tomorrow' is a sea day and we can sleep in!

On Nov 14th we will be trouping through the Mayan ruins with this cutie!



OK....in more recent pictures David is a little 'fluffier' but he's still a cutie-pie! (Hmmmmmm, wonder if he's got a woman who's feeding him well?)

After schleping through the jungle, it's back to the ship for clean up and "Twice Charmed" (well, maybe a nap before that). After dinner.....it's 80's night!

Hi~~ we will be on this tour also. Can't wait as I have always liked reading about the Mayans when I was in school. Never dwelled on it much, but always found it interesting. 80's night should be a blast there was alot of good music during that time period.

Nice picture!! Does anyone remember when Johnny was on 21 Jump Street? I used to watch that. It was a great show with basically new comers except for Dom DeLuise's son. Don's other son played on a show where his face was painted with lines as if they were veins on the outside of his skin. He was not a human. Just can't remember. Don't think it was the original Battlestar Galactica maybe the show SeaQuest when it was in the future. I don't know. Anyone have a clue. I'm getting so forgetful these days lol

Hi everyone. Hope you are having a great Sunday. It is beautiful here in NJ, a little windy and cool, but better than a blizzard right dizney-cruiser. Going through notes today and gathering things up to get ready to pack. I don't have as much as most of you to get ready as I don't have children and I came in to late for the games. So that will be for a future cruise. Well off to get things done before work day, ugh. Just checking in to see if there is any info that is being shared. Have a great week.

26 days 22 hours 25 min. 00 sec I am ready to go it is cold and windy here. We just spent the last three hours at the foot ball feild watching my nephew at his last home game my feet are frozen. Now we are wintrzing the house ahhhgggg I am ready to go. Now I have to get the heater up and running DW is complaining she is cold. CC here we come.

Yes, we too decided it is time to close down the air conditioner. We have yet to turn on the heat, but it is ready. I hope we can go a few more days so I can leave some windows opened to air the house out. Once my air goes on it doesn't go off. I like it cool. I hate being hot.......well......except when I have to go on a cruise to the Caribbean Anyway I never complain about being cold because I am always hot. But I have noticed with time I am starting to feel those drafts around my ankles at work, but I just keep on working and soon forget about it. I can't believe we have only 26 more days to go. I have been reading these boards for many months now, but have never been compelled to actually post until the challenge was made to get this thread to 4,000 posts. Me, being the competetive type, am always up to help out in anyway I can!

My family is really looking forward to this cruise! There will be eight of us total (seven adults and one child if you can believe that!). Thanks for all the information you have provided over the months and I hope to meet you all around the ship.

Hi all!

Hope you all had a great weekend. I'm sitting here recovering after my back went out on Thursday morning. Ironically enough, it went out as I was on my way to the gym to work out.

I've been getting up early for the past two weeks to work out...not so much for the cruise, but to just get myself feeling more healthy. I was just starting to get into a rhythm and this happens. Oh well, hopefully I'll be able to start going again tomorrow morning. I won't be able to go full speed, but I'll at least be able to get on the stationary bike.

Shelly and I have our outfits for pirate night all ready to go. They'll be getting a trial run up in Michigan this coming Saturday at a friend's Halloween party.
