Ok, met the garage cabinet man - 1k plus change... will find out about my claim tomorrow so I'll let you gals know. I posted to the bagel discussion and had my own bagel story on Scoopers Weight loss post -

Miss C - man if you guys go, and I can't I'll be more and more sad, I'm already getting crabby just thinking I might not be able to go and Dee & Jackie will do nothing but talk about me and Win and poke fun at the "un-fun" sisters... Actually Win doesn't count cuz she will be having fun that weekend at her high school re-onion.

Wonder if I can get a part time job between now and then to pay for Las Vegas.... (j/k).

While you're there, try to eat at Isla in Treasure Island. It is really great Mexican food, good atmosphere, not too pricey (although not cheap!) and their pumpkin seed guacamole is to die for. And did I mention the margaritas?

As for shows, we enjoyed Avenue Q at the Wynn . . . although it is not for everyone (definitely R rated humor).

i hope someone can help me. Me and my DH are thinking about canceling just our airfare thru disney. Does anyne know what the policy is or what the cost will be? Any info you can give me would be great.

Sadly, Avenue Q at the Wynn has closed (or will soon). I believe it will be replaced by Spamalot.

That is sad . . . although I've heard good things about Spamalot, too. Sounds like the Wynn is going to have a rotating (every couple of years, anyway) Broadway thing going on???

Hey kids, I think we're at the 64 DAYS mark today. Though it is the crack of dawn here and my eyes aren't focusing on my tineey tiny calendar very well yet.


I'm going to place the order for the WRIST BANDS this weekend. So if anyone out there hasn't posted or PM'd their request, please do so. There will be extras in all three sizes based on my current count (as we have to order in increments of 20) so some will be available for late comers and the indecisive. I will be PMing each of you who have ordered with the info on sending me $ and getting your mailing address if you want yours in advance. Right now there are seventeen 'families' ordering bands

yea I got some mushrooms some how and didn't realize it untill several hours later. I think it was someone used the same spoon on the mushrooms and ethier the pepers or the chilli. Than I ate the chilli and the pepers.

Well I have been getting some responses to my many PM's. Thanks to all who have responded thus far. The Navigator will soon be finished and ready for proofing. I do not want to spell anyones names wrong, and sometimes I make mistakes. I know that seems hard to believe, but trust me I have been know to make an error once a quarter century.

Thanks Pat for taking care of page 1. What a daunting task it must be, but you are a trooper.

Jackie, I will Pm you with the # for bracelets tonight. I am gonna work my group over one more time. I am about to get out a hose and beat them into submission, but I fear it will leave marks and then I will be in jail and miss the cruise. So they will have to settle for some gentle nagging

NINE WEEKS

And in FOUR WEEKS I get to meet my FAIREYGOD MOTHER Anybody else thinking about Vegas? We're at the Venetian BTW, can't remember who asked...Wendy I think.

Boas arrived....such a pretty color. I ordered a 'spare' and maybe will use it as a door decoration...just have to figure out how to attach four magnets.

Picked up some pirate jewels at the party store...not 'dressing' for pirate night, but decided I could be adorned with some pirate 'booty'


***edited to add. hmmmm. 8/18 repositioning cruise $3426 single occupant cat 11....better go grab a lottery ticket***oh, and I'd have to retire because they'd never give me the time off

We cancelled our are fare (thanks to Jeanna) last year and booked our own through Southwest at a big savings but I can't remember exactly when it was verses the pay in full date. I know I did not get a charge of any kind for cancelling. I'll see what I can find in my notes...

Just checking in. I know I haven't posted in weeks, but it's getting close to that time, isn't it? We've got two of our three passports now, just waiting on mine. I wanted to say hi and let you know that the Andersons are still cruising with you and we can't wait to see you all in November!

Well I finally got my PDA to sync with a windows program (I hate MS) and I got my tentative schedule up on my vow renewal site. calendar it needs some editing I have just been adding to it. I haven't taken anything off that has been changed. Several lunches and a dinner have been moved around and our excursions haven’t been added I am waiting for confirmation from my wedding coordinator. So I hope to have it finalized as a rough draft tomorrow.
