Remember that early in the morning the first day of our sailing Disney will send you a health questionnaire that you will need to complete on behalf of everyone in your traveling party.

They typically start around 3:30pm and end at 4:00pm. You will hear them announce for crew members to report to their stations for the start of the safety drill and then shortly later they announce for guest to report to their stations. Once they have everyone checked in and went over the drill they release everyone to enjoy the sail away party up on deck. Be sure to head straight there if you want a good spot for the show.

Welcome back everyone I hope you had an enjoyable cruise.

We found plenty of the mini Christmas ducks if you were hiding them on the ship.

Thank you to those who dropped off gifts to us. We appreciated it very much. Hopefully you received all your FE gifts. We didn’t receive from 4 staterooms out of the 3 family FE groups we were part of.

Hopefully those who had pins on their stateroom doors didn’t have too many pins stolen. We had about 6 pins over the sailing taken. We also had a magnet taken but it came back the next day.

Our big disappointment of the sailing was they didn’t have the big tree up on Castaway Cay and they also had no Christmas merchandise on the Island either days we were there. We made sure to go to Guest Services and let them know our disappointment. We were really hoping to get a new Christmas Castaway Cay shirt.

I had a fabulous time and I was Pixie Dusted a duck Santa hat magnet ( adorable ) and two pins and a little book - Thank You so much !!! It was a great cruise with wonderful people !!!!

We made sure to get both our Covid and Flu shots before our sailing so we are feeling good. Hopefully not too many are having to deal with any sickness.

We were on this sailing! We had a lot of fun.

We got pixie dusted twice which was cool since we weren’t participating. Lol

We caught Covid when we cruised on the 8/31 Fantasy sailing. Hoping we still have immunity from that.

Oh no. I’m not feeling that great today. We went to the Universal Sat. Got home yesterday. Felt okay, but very tired. Slept all day yesterday. Once I woke up, I have been coughing, sore throat and congested. Didn’t even think of testing. Will dig one up later to check.

We finally made it home last night after a long 2 day drive back to NJ. Most of the laundry is now done so I can finally post more here.

Wanted to share the guest recovery gift Guest Services gave us after we mentioned how disappointed we were with the Christmas tree not being up at Castaway Cay and that they had absolutely no Christmas merchandise on the island. They had no medium size DCL reusable shopping bags anywhere on the ship or the islands. They only had the Disney World/Disneyland bags. Funny cause why would you want that bag on a Disney Cruise. They also had no Lookout Cay magnets and we collect those from places we travel.

The Guest Services gentleman that delivered it to us had quite a few looked like he was handing out to other staterooms.





We did see what looked like part of the top sections of the big Christmas tree wrapped up.

We had a great time on the cruise. My kids loved every FE gift they got. I have no idea what cabins gave what or if some people didn’t give. My kids usually snatched everything up and opened it all immediately.

I did deliver on gift and the door was empty with no FE holder and no magnets. Not sure if the group didn’t make it or not.

We saw the helicopter at Castaway Cay. Does anyone know who or why someone needed to be taken away by helicopter from the island. I hope they are doing well.

No Covid tested thus morning!! Very thankful !!
There were several medical emergencies on the ship I don’t know what the helicopter one was for but a lady across the hall from us fell and there was a medical emergency for her earlier that day and I know somebody jogging had medical emergency earlier that day on Castaway
I do hope the person was OK!!
