First off, I know that I'm a tad (aka ridiculously) obsessive when it comes to my WDW planning. Secondly, I try to maximize my trip...even if that means needing a vacation from my vacation after returning back home. That said, my BF and I are diligently preparing our November itinerary (after all, my 180 day mark is May 1:). Just looking to the good folk here on Disboards to put in their two cents:

Staying at AKL while renting points from a DVC member and using the DxDP (my BF is a bit of a foodie). We're renting a car during our 2 week stay and celebrating my 32nd birthday while there. So here goes:

Tue 11/1: Not sure on arrival time yet, since we're waiting for Jetblue's fares to be released. Boma 4:30ish, followed by MNSSHP

Wed 11/2: DHS day- Sci Fi 11:30. Head on over to DD. Raglan Rd. 6:45 followed by Cirque show at 9

Thur 11/3: Epcot day- San Angel Inn 11:30, Teppan Edo 6:30

Fri 11/4: 1900 Park Fare 9:15, Blizzard Beach by day, Epcot at night. Le Cellier 6:30

Sat 11/5: AK day- Yak & Yeti 11:30. Spirit of Aloha Luau @ 8. Wishes fireworks from Poly beach if we're lucky at 10:00

Sun 11/6: DHS day- Mama Melrose Fantasmic pkg. 12:00, Fantasmic @ 6:30. Back to AKL, Jiko 8:45

Mon 11/7: Kona 9:15, Islands of Adventure day, Yachtsman Steakhouse 8:00

Tues 11/8: Boma 9:15, AK for a few hrs, Narcoossee's 5:30, MVMCP

Wed 11/9: 11:30 Sanaa, pool day at AKL, Osborne Lights at night, then boat to the Boardwalk for dinner @ Flying Fish 8:15

Thur 11/10: Kona 9:00, Universal Studios day, Jiko 8:30

Fri 11/11: Boma 8:30, Seaworld day, California Grill 8:00 (holiday wishes @ 9, hopefully)

Sat 11/12: Ohana 9:30, Downtown Disney/Festival of Masters (my BF graduated from art school, so I'm psyched we get to do this), in keeping with the "art" theme for the day: Artist Point for dinner @ 5:45, MK after hours for MSEP & Wishes at 10

Sun 11/13: MK, Main St. bakery for breakfast, followed by Keys to the Kingdom Tour at 9:30 (with all the trips I've taken to WDW, I've never done a tour), then either return to the hotel for a few hrs or head back to DD for more FOM. CRT @ 6:30 (my all time favorite cuz I'm really just a kid at heart)

Mon 11/14: Chef Mickey's @ 9:30... Then who knows? Depends on our flight return time.

So that's it.....jam-packed, I know, but it looks like my DREAM VACATION. The only thing that might make it better? A Disney proposal (but I'm not getting my hopes up, or anything:P). Yikes, too much excitement in my mind! Anyhow, I'd genuinely love some feedback....I'm contemplating switching some dinner out so we can do Ohana instead (my sister is there now and gave it 2 big thumbs up). Advice please? Thanks for reading :goodvibes

No thoughts, anyone? :confused3

Has anyone ever done the last MNSSHP on Nov 1, or the first MVMCP of the season? How are the crowds? I debated which night to do the XMas party, but I thought it would be busier the first official weekend, since it's a holiday weekend. Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks again for any tips you all might have.

I don't have any advice really since I am a first timer :) But I think your plans look great and I hope you get your Disney proposal! :flower3:

Yey :goodvibes :dance3:, someone who likes to plan just as I do. I like to pack in as much as possible, I feel that you can get extra magic that way. I am going from Nov. 1st to the 9th.. so happy that I get to enjoy MNSSHP, F&W Festival and MVMCP. We are also cruising on the Dream inbetween our stay. Yes it is crazy chaotic but it is so doable.

Finally someone who understands me lol.. I don't even post my itinerary on here anymore because it gets torn to shreds lol.

Good Luck, fingers crossed for the proposal :) You will have a great time! Ohana gets a big thumbs up, I haven't eaten there but I do know that it is a meal that you will be there for 2 hours. Have a great time, I'll be at the parties the same nights as you :)
