nov 17th thru 20th? crowded?

We will be diembarking the Disney Dream on Thursday the 17th. We all have AP's and we were thinking about spending a few days it UO/IOA. However, we have never stayed off property. If we do this, we want to be as cheap as possible, so I was thinking of grabbing some cheap rooms off priceline/hotwire...question is, how busy is it normally during this time? is express pass needed?

It will be busy but the crowds should be manageable. It's hard to gauge Express requirements nowadays. Wait until you arrive and see if you need them. I doubt you would but the holiday crowds could come a little early this year...just guessing though.

If the express pass is at its cheapest, then I figure it's likely not going to be super crowded. I checked today and the 17th and 18th are still at the cheapest price. It changes after that.

We will be there at that time as well. It will not be crazy busy until the 24th I would imagine but you never know!
