Nov. 16 2013 7-night Fantasy Eastern Carribean Cruise

weeks away from our Fantasy Cruise!

I know it's early, but I used the same format from the last cruise so it is already set up and ready to go when we start thinking about the FE.

Hi gang - we're not official yet, but we;'re looking at switching to this sailing from the 11/2 sailing in order to accommodate our friends' family wedding obligations. (Don't want to mess with the family!)

So - if it happens, it will be me, my DW, and another couple. And we'll all be there without our kids!

(Our two families did the cruise-with-the-kids thing on the Magic for Christmas in 2011... love 'em all dearly, but this it's time for just us. DW and I just did a long weekend by ourselves in WDW for our 19.5th anniversary... awesome!)

Really looking forward to this - it will be our fourth Disney cruise, and the second for our friends. We're extra excited because all of our other cruises have been 7-day western cruises on the Magic... Cozumel and all are swell, but really - it's time to see something else!

DAYS FROM OUR FANTASY CRUISE!​

Hello everyone! If all goes as planned, DH, DS(4), and myself will be cruising with y'all! Hubster says I can't book til after our trip to Disney World!

We will be going to Disney World as well. We will be there from Sept 9-18. It is a surprise trip for the kids. We also really wanted to go on a Disney cruise so we booked this cruise (our first Disney cruise) for our 2013 vacation. Then a couple months ago we found out that our daughter's dance team will be going to "Dance the World Disney" next July. So our children are going to be very surprised because we have not told them about any of these Disney trips! We think that once we start cruising that we will only want to take Disney Cruise vacations.

I just called to add our unknown baby to this cruise, so now we're officially four as far as Disney is concerned! I was just calling to ask how, but they recommended we add her/him as TBA, because if the ship fills up they can't add people, even very small people in the same stateroom.

Had to share somewhere, but since we haven't really announced the pregnancy to very many family or friends yet, there isn't anyone else to tell...

That's what I had to do as well when I booked a few weeks ago. My daughter's baby is due Dec. 4th and when I booked our rooms we didn't even know the sex of the baby, so at the moment it is listed as Baby O and birthday TBD. LOL. But now we know it's a boy! Name will be Michael III but I'n not calling back with that information until I can give the the DOB as well.

Congrats on the boy! Yes, I think even once we know the sex I'll just wait until we have a birth date to make further changes. We couldn't decide on a name with our son until we actually saw him in the delivery room anyway, so I doubt I'll know before she/he is born.

This will be our 2nd DCL--haven't even been on the 1st one yet (March 2013)!

Hi everyone. Just got off the Fantasy Eastern Caribbean and booked this one. This time my parents are joining me who are first time cruisers and why not cruise with Disney.

We loved the Fantasy! The cruise staff was amazing and the ship...well it is disney...the Aqua Duck...was soooo much fun.

The islands are beautiful. So much more to see...
Looking forward to meeting some of you!

Welcome Aboard Michelle!! That's great that you were on the Fantasy! You'll be able to answer questions as they come up. I have sailed on the Magic 4 times and I just booked my fifth Magic cruise for Sept. 7th. Totally not planned! We got an email offering us a fantastic DVC Member cash deal that was too good to pass up! So by the time I go on the Fantasy, it will be my 6th DCL Cruise! Unless another awesome deal comes along again.
