Did everyone whos doing WDW pre cruise get their ADR's made this morning?
Did you get what you wanted? MJ, I saw your list on the dining board, I left you a message about Tony's. Keep trying over the next several days, something just might open up for you.

I made my reservations first thing this morning(at 6am central time) and got everything I wanted, some were not at the times I wanted but at least I got the restaurants I wanted.

Weneedketchup, I wish we could have had the FREE dining plan. Can't do that with a Land/Sea package booked as that. Could have if like you, we booked it all separately. I'll have to keep that in mind if there is ever a next time!

I'm surprised you can't get the free dining - did you try adding it to your reservation? I couldn't get it because my first reservation is at POR for only two nights (need 3 or more for free dining - but I did get over $135 off my room only reservation for the 2 nights - didn't think I could, but I tried anyway! ). The 5 nights we are staying after the cruise are at BCV (on a friends DVC points), so no free dining for us.

And I am sure there will definitely be a next time!

I finished up my ADR's for dining this morning. I'm happy with what I have now. I made some last minute changes.

10/29: We aren't going to do Tusker House and use the whole time to explore AK. We're going to DTD that night, so I thought we would try Planet Hollywood at 8.

10/30: MK Day: Liberty Tree Tavern at 6:20. Thought we would have dinner before Sprectro & Wishes

10/31: DHS Day: Sci Fi 11:15 Lunch

Now if I can just finish up with the Disney Planning, so I can finish the wedding stuff.

I did my dining reservations for our stay before the cruise. We have T-Rex for lunch on 10/31 and the Plaza for dinner. Now at 7am I have to call and try to get Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique for my daughter on Halloween.

This is our 1st MNSSHP so I can't tell you from experience, but I heard 4:00 for the time we can get in. I have a 5:00 dinner reservation so if you are missing anything, we'll miss more! The guests without MNSSHP tix aren't kicked out until 7:00 - from what I've seen, that's when everything starts.

I don't know if anyone is looking into the Atlantis for an excursion.
I booked the Comfort Suites paradise island for 11/2-11/3, we will check in and check out at the same time. This will entitle us to full use of the Atlantis for the 4 of us it came to $230 with all taxes and fees. I read about it on the disboards and it seems like a good deal. I booked it through Hotel.com.

For all Castaway Members Ship activities and shore excursions can be booked as of Midnight TONIGHT! My 16 and 18 year olds just told me they want to do the parasailing at CC! They're braver than I am!
I'm only booking a Palo brunch for myself and DH. For Nassua, we'll do our own thing, not book anything.

DH and DS 12 went Parasailing last year in cc, they loved it. No way will I go.

What are you doing to keep you awake and occupied till midnight? I'm so tired right now I really want to go to sleep but won't, so I can book things. I'm sick of watching tv, that just makes one sleepier. Thinking of doing some laundry. lol

11:15 update: cleaned my sons room instead. He's away at camp, (tomorrow is his birthday and he will be 12, I've arranged to call him at 8:15 to wish him a happy birthday). Cleaned out his hamsters cage, the critters seam happier. Cleaned out from under his bed, ,,, So THAT'S where the chocolate pudding cups kept disappearing to, and my spoons!!!! Will have to have a chat with him once he's home, the little sneak! LOL

There, it's now 12:18 and I have all my cruise booking stuff done! Two parasailing adventures booked for my teenagers, one Palo Brunch booked for myself and DH, and both my youngest boys booked into the clubs. Will anyone else be giving their 12 year old self-sign in/out privleges? I'm not sure if I want to do that or not with my just turning 12 yr old. My first thought is NO, and another part of me is sitting on the fence saying "well he is 12 now, he can't go far on the ship, perhaps it's time to allow him more responsibility", but this kind of responsability? Whats everyone else's opinion.
(I know it ultimately depends on the maturity ect, and every child is different....)

It's really hard to say without knowing the kid but I probably wouldn't have when mine was 12 because I'm peranoid and even if I was ok with it DH is even more peranoid LOL. My dd was pretty responsible at 12 but still.....Then again after having to stop what I'm doing to go get her enough times I might have changed my mind. It would be nice if you could make it so they had to call you before leaving there.

I booked Palo for 1 brunch and 1 dinner. I didn't book any excursions, we will do the Atlantis on our own.

My son will have just turned 10 when we go on our cruise. I thought the 10-12 year olds automatically had sign out priveleges? I don't plan on letting him sign himself out, but it's possible, if he made some friends and something was prearranged, I'd let him do it. I will just make it clear to him that he can't sign himself out since the bracelet seems to be a bad idea!

I didn't get back to this thread yesterday, but I was able to book Tusker House yesterday for 8:10 am on 10/29. If you want the earlier slot, I would keep checking. Something may open up for you.

I will have to keep checking. I would love to get earlier so I could be done when the park opens. We have a party of 7 so I think that is why we are pretty limited.

I'm not sure what day you are going, but 10/29 & 10/31 have a 8:15 slot for 7.
