Notice trolleys in front of parks, where are they coming from?

When I was at the different parks this past April, I noticed trolleys coming in and out where resort bus drop off was.

What are these trolleys? Does each deluxe resort have their own trolleys to transport guest to the park? Ex. Does MK resort have trolley to MK as an option instead of using resort bus? If they do, can anyone ride them?

Asking because if I had ADR at MK resort (for my November trip) while I'm at MK that day, I'm wondering if it's easier to ride the trolley than monorail or walk. I have feet problem and trying to save my feet from overwalking.

Monorail or boat service only from MK to GF and Poly.

Monorail or walk only from MK to Contemporary.

I've never seen a trolley outside MK Main St. You're not referring to the parking lot trams are you? That's the only thing I could think of at AK, DHS and Epcot.

That's what I was wondering.

It could be. I did see small trolley and was hoping it another faster transportation for the nearby park. Thank you.

There are no trolleys in WDW. You must have been seeing the parking lot trams at AK, DHS, Epcot. . And these don't go to MK. Only from the TTC parking lots to the TTC.

Was it a golf cart/maintenance cart? Those are often driving around all over property. They are not for guest use.

Maybe thinking of something different? They don't use any trolleys outside of the few in MK

Maybe non-WDW resort transportation.

Not sure what you are referring to. But to answer the underlying question, there are no "trolleys" from MK Resorts to MK. All resorts have some variation, depending on location and park, of bus, Monorail , boat or walking paths. Nothing better to save steps.
