Sometimes the transaction doesn't make it all the way through to the database.
If you've recently purchased a Rental Board plan, and if your plan hasn't been activated within 24 hours (you don't have the icon), please send CarolMN AND me (Chuck S) a PM, and attach a screenshot or a PDF of your PayPal receipt so we can set you up manually. We will also need your name - the one you used to register your deed, and your email address.
Sending the PM to both of us will result in the quickest response. We are volunteers and are not usually online at the same time.
