Ok....the wife and I are at each others throats.....Im NOT winning this discussion, But she is completely NOT right. We rarely ever really argue, especially about something that doesnt directly effect us or our family.

I need you guys to help me here........there is a new release dvd called NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH. Please rent this movie and let me know how you view the main characters decisions. Without giving any of the movie's story away, I want to say that I feel the main character deserve a great deal of respect for her bravery, honorability, and loyalty. Thats a tough statement for me to make because I also think her loyalty MAY have been misdirected. I cant really say anything else, you HAVE to see this movie. Its based on a true story, and its very controversial...and just may make you question yourself and your morals. Is there always a right & wrong? There's always 2 sides to a story....but when theres 8 or 10 sides to a story, how does one decide what the right thing really even is.

Watch this movie with someone who's very opinionated ( I didnt really have a choice in this part!), you may see a side of this person you didn't know existed. I especially think you folks with a military back ground will have some very strong opinions on this movie.

I just did some research on this movie....and the parts that caused the strongest opinions to fly back and forth between me & the the one with the wrong opinion to verbally destroy each other.... were the very parts that were ficticious!!! I feel so stupid...but dont tell Gina!

I put it on my Netflix list. I assumed it was the one about the CIA agent, not the skateboarders.

Hey Al - I see Jack Kemp died. He helped me out with a little finance snafu in 1987. I have nothing bad to say about that guy.

On the Blockbuster list.

Although I am very opinionated, I also tend to analyze everyone's position. I've learned that life is not black and white; which much to my dismay I wish it were. However, not one option is for every person.

Can't wait to see it. Thanks for the recommendation, Rog.:thumbsup2

Here's one for you, Rog. Stop Loss. It is very intense, especially at the beginning, but well worth the watch to really get a feeling for the emotions and issues the troops deal with in the current conflict.

Jim...I saw it when it was first released....great flick.

Rog, Rog, Rog....:sad2: Don't you know that Gina is always right? Geez, even MY husband has learned that he'd rather be happy than right. ;)
