NOTHING available at Epcot 7/4/14?

Hello everyone,

This is my first post on here, although we've been to WDW 5 times now. We have been making our dining reservations for our trip over the 4th of July. We didn't run in to any troubles until we tried to find something at Epcot for the 4th. We are able to make reservations the day after and before. I thought it may be because of the 180 day limit to dining reservations--but this did not prevent us from making them any other day outside of that window. Additionally, when that is the trouble the web interface usually just blacks out the day. We're able to select the day, but receive the "no available tables" message for all hours of the day.

I attempted to call the dining reservation line, but they were unable to help--only stating the only thing they could book was Le Cellier. I am curious if anyone has ran in to this before. I find it hard to believe--although it may be the case--they they have literally booked all time slots at the park for the 4th when it is greater than 180 days out at every restaurant.

Should I just keep checking every day?

Well it's not greater than 180 days for any resort guests checking in up to 10 days before July 4. But I am with you, it does seem odd that there is literally nothing available at Epcot only.

Do you by chance have a large party size? I ran into trouble for a dinner reservation for a party of 7 on 2/15/14 and had to reduce it to 4 & 3 to reserve.

They are probably not booked - just not loaded into the system yet. That happens.

same issue. dissing dining checked and No restaurants in Epcot are loaded. the answer I got was keep checking back. also can't book dessert party 3rd or 4th because it's not loaded.

CM I just talked to told me that Dessert Party for the 3rd and 4th are already full and that is why I couldn't get it! Epcot was also a problem for me for the 4th... I settled on California Grill for now - At least we will get to see the fireworks

I talked to 3 CM and all told me Dessert Party isn't loaded on the 3rd or 4th yet. hmmmmmmm

I've been trying for the Dessert Party for the 3rd or 4th of July too and there hasn't been any availability! I hope it's just the case that they haven't been loaded into the system yet! Has anyone been able to get the 3rd or 4th of July yet?

Tried this morning as well, and nothing available----so checked the mik park hour schedule----"Wishes" not listed for either day, so booked dessert party for 7/2

They do a special 4th of July fireworks instead of the Wishes on the 3rd & 4th. The party normally starts at 8pm and then the 4th of July fireworks are at 9pm. So the dessert party is for the special fireworks not wishes. From my understanding, they just haven't loaded the dates yet! My fingers are crossed for still getting the July 4th!

I booked today for Jult 4th at Epcot Teppan EDO…we love it there and had no problem getting a Ressie at 6pm…had other times as well…give a call to reservations because I could not do it online…
