Note to self: Don't Wear Crocs in the Snow

Snow gets in them holes ya know. I know I own non-croc shoes, I just forget what they look like or where I keep them. Guess I better go dig through the closet. I know I used to have a pair of shoes that had shoe laces, tennis shoes I think they were called. Can't really remember much of my pre-croc life.

I wore them in the snow too!! But hey, at least they dry off quickly.

I have the Crocs all terrain shoes and they are wonderful and surprisingly very warm considering there are no insoles or lining.

I hardly ever wear "normal" shoes. I told DH I need a pair of crocs with no holes, because the others are not good in the cold.

I found that out a couple weeks ago when it snowed here and DS wanted to go outside to play in it. I suffered for about an hour with wet, cold feet until I could drag DS back in.

I have croc boots that I wear to walk to work everyday when its wet in the winter. I check to see if the weather says dry and then I wear crocs with socks. In the summer I can wear the hole crocs wet or dry.

Here in London we have proper seasons.

Crocs have changed my life as I now walk for an hour and half each day. I would never have been able to do that without crocs.

Awww, man! I asked for a pair of those for Christmas and DH didn't get them for me. But he DID get me a diamond pendant. I can always buy the boots, I guess.

Are the boots very comfy? They seem like they'd be too warm to me. I considered getting them but it doesn't snow a whole lot here.

The boots are just like walking on air and so comfty. I leave the house at 7 a.m and walk to work for 8.00a.m. I wear them all day and go for a walk at lunch time for half an hour and then walk back home at 5 p.m. and I can't even feel them on even after a full nine hours walk and work all day in them.

One downside is that I can't wear a skirt with them as they would look funny but trousers are fine for work. It seems to be raining here in London a lot since I bought them in September so I have worn them a lot. Mine are black but there are some real funky colours out there.

You could take that one step further and make that note

"DON"T WEAR CROCS"

Would save you every time

I've done that! There was only an inch or two of snow on the ground, I didn't think it'd be deep enough to get in the holes, but it was!
