LOL! The mother was the one who accused me but the father was noding along. ... even if I *was* loud - the whole PLACE is loud.

I just hope it was *their* first day and by *their* 7th day they thought back and remembered the frazzled mother sitting by herself with 3 preschool aged boys and felt just a teeny bit of remorse about accusing said frazzled mother of being loud

I don't know what you were worried about, but your report was great. I enjoyed the pictures too!!!! looks like you had a great time everywhere you went (Dare I say even at the food court???). Thanks for sharing.

LOL thanks Yes we did enjoy the food court, even though I was a tad sick of it at the end (and, uh, too loud, I guess....LOL)

Day 1. we live about 2 hours south so we got a fairly early start and got to the hotel at around 10 am and checked in. Surprisingly they gave us our room right then and we went to the room for a few minutes before heading over to spend the ay in EPCOT. the plan was to concentrate on future world this trip and then the world showcase next time. (we go at least 1x a year).

first off we got our FP for soarin

At some point my dh had got fast passes for test track and took ds (5) on it while we went to get a snack.


Rode on soarin which was amazing. the only complaint I have was the feet of the people in front of you - it's just distracting though, not something terrible. the other complaint was the transition (or lack thereof) between many of the scenes. but really this was a highlight for me.

Thanks so much for posting your trip report. I really enjoyed reading it, and especially liked having it all on the same thread.

A question--What time was it when you got to Epcot on the first day--approximately? I'm just wondering about the fastpass situation. Do you remember what the return time was for Soarin? How about Test Track? So you really had no trouble riding all of the thrillers and didn't get there at opening?

we got there a little before noon (we got to the hotel around 11). we did the FP for soarin immediately & the return time was 4:30 I think, then DH got FPs for Test Track at 2ish (the earliest he could) and that was also for like a 4 return... we didn't go on many other rides - we skipped mission space, energy, spaceship earth, HISTA, and body wars was closed... just figment an the land I think - plus turtle talk...

Great Trip Report!!

My mom's laugh was made fun of in a movie....ruined the whole movie for her and me....they were more obnoxious about it then her laugh could ever be!!

I am sorry that the last experience of the food court was such a nasty one... I believe in what goes around comes around and it will probably will come back to bite them in the butt!!
