"Not to be missed" queues????

We will be staying on site, so we will have FOTL. Which rides does the FOTL cause you to "miss" a queue that really sets up the story, and is worth waiting for ? (we would plan on doing them first thing in the am)

I would have to go with ROTM and Dueling Dragons..both lines are very well themed and really set the mood for the rides.

I like the MIB line. I always go on the singles line so I miss that little bit with the elevator.

I like the MIB queue also. Interestingly enough, when we were there two weekends ago they were just letting people walk right through the "Universe and You" herding area and straight through the open elevator. I'd never seen them do that before, even at slow times.

For ROTM, you have to watch each TV screen. I was there for HHN last month and waited in the regular line. I finally saw each TV screen and understand what they're talking about with the coffee. It's not that long of a wait and the line constantly moves.
With Deuling Dragons it's worth watching the pre show movie as you enter the queue, and then take your time walking thru the queue looking up at the ceiling. And ride both coasters in the front seat, it's worth the wait. Go early, do your front seat rides, then go back and look at the queue.
I usually do Marvel Island (Hulk in the front, Dr Doom, Spiderman), then high tail it back to Dueling Dragons for front seat rides. After that you can take your time and look at all the details.
