Am interested in booking in May 2007. As an example, if I know a Category 9 inside stateroom will be $1600 (for example) one year before my trip...would it be cheaper if I book it in 2005 (when 2007 rates are released) vs. 2006 (one year before trip)?? Would there be any difference at all?

Thanks so much for any input.

I think it would be. I booked mine the day the rates came out for August of 2006 and they have alrady gone up. It would also give you more time to pay for the cruse. :boat:

This is when we are looking to go also. We would like to do the eastern. Would love to know how much the May 2006 eastern was for someone who booked early!

When will the rates for April 2007 go out?

That is the Question We all want to know the anwser too...

From what we can put together there are going to be some Route changes in 2007 and we just have to wait and see.

Rates for all of the cruises are tied to occupany - as certain occupancy rates on each cruise are hit, the prices go up, so it definitely pays to try to book as early as possible. So, theoretically, you could book a cruise for 6 months from now that might be cheaper than one 7 months from now, but odds are that it isn't as full as the one 7 months from now. Plus, rates will also be higher for certain seasons or holiday weeks, no matter what.
