my account was accidentally banned and i am waiting for vmk to resolve the issue. i told them my main user name but i am not sure if i should tell them my other two users that were also accidentally banned too. Is it against vmk values to have more than one user and should i tell them my other users which have quite a few things on them?

yea, i dont think its against values to have more then 1 account, as long as you use them.

So i think it would be alright to tell them. go for it

it is not against the values to have more than 1 account, but if they banned you, they expect you will not play. In other words, if you are banned, they don't want you playing.

When you chose contact us / i think i am banned.

I'm not entirely sure of your situation, but you could possibly be IP banned, which means once your ban is lifted, all of your characters should be unbanned again.

thanks everyone, i will let disney know about this and hopefully they can fix it. I tried calling them but they put me on hold and i didn't have time to wait, i will try calling tomorrow.

Are you sure you are banned from VMK and not the Disney Sitewide ban like the rest of us got?
If you try to log onto VMK and it just takes you back to the login screen then chances are you had the mistake ban like we did
Call (866) 993-6263 give them ALL your account names and they will fix it right then and there,
If it is a VMK ban unfortunatly you will have to wait to hear from the black hole lol

oh it probably is the whole disneysite ban like what you guys all got, because i tried logging in yesterday on the disney website, no wonder it didn't work. Thank's for the help, i hope i can get it working.
