Do you have to pay extra for a Pirate Cruise or can you apply your dining plan to one?

Where is "Minnie and Friends" character breakfast? I can't find any info on it!

It probably depends on the type of dining plan you have. If it is the one with all the extras, golf, shows, etc, you might be able to use those for the Pirate Cruise. Otherwise, you pay extra.

Minnie and Friends is usually at Cape May Buffet for breakfast.

The pirate cruise is an activity, not a dining experience. You cannot use a dining credit.

I think you are referring to Mickey and Friends, which is at CR. Be advised, character meals are 2 TS credits, and CR is one of the most popular and should be booked asap.

Not all character meals are 2 credits, I'm pretty sure its only CRT, HDDR, Mickeys backyard BBQ and Spirit of Aloha (which are dinner shows). The rest are all 1 TS credit.

There is a Minnie and Friends breakfast at DL held at the Plaza Inn every morning. For WDW it's Chef Mickey's at the Contempo.

Minne is at Cape May, at the breakfast buffet. I don't believe it's technically called that, but Minnie is there. It is currently 1 table service credit.

The Pirate Cruise might be able on the Premium Dining Plan, but not any of the three common ones.

Minnie appears at Cape May Cafe and Chef Mickey's. At Cape May she will be in her beachwear, and at Chef Mickey's she will be in standard costume.
