I had a reservation for a standard 4 dr from Sat, Mar 3(MCO) to Tuesday, Mar. 6(WDCC) for $170.91.:goodvibes

From the boards I know to keep checking, and I have and there's never a change......:surfweb: until today!

I entered all my info. and my new price was $90.60!!!!

I didn't know if I could modify the existing reservation for the new price or I have to cancel it and start all over? That's what I did, but in case I need to do this again before our trip, is this right? Everytime there's a change, you need to cancel and re-reserve?:surfweb:

I'm so excited about the better price I nearly screamed out loud!!! :rotfl2:

For me, your method is the way I do it. This enables the first reservation to remain intact, unmolested just in case, until the new one is complete. Since there are no penalties for having multiple reservations nor canceling one, I prefer this method.

I have done it both ways. Sometimes you can just modify and up to last step choose orig ressie or modified ressie. I've had few times when for whatever reason I had to make new ressie to get better price. it's all personal choice in which way you do it.

Modify Reservation has always worked for me. It will give you a side by side comparison of old and new rates before you make the final confirmation.

I tried the modify first, but I was scared I was doing it wrong, so I just started fresh.

Glad to know it okay that way too! Thanks everyone!:grouphug:
