Not starting a debate, but I have to tell a story

When checking in at OKW on Sunday I was talking to a gentleman in line. I explained that we had received a call on the day of check in at Coronado that we were over occupany and I had stated the number of people that we had (5) at the time of reservation so I wasn't aware that it was an issue. He said, "I always tell them 3 no matter where I stay. I usually have 6 or more in a 1BR. My daughter and her family will come for a few days, then someone else will come in. It is no big deal." I said, well I am always honest I want to be on the safe side. I couldn't believe it!!! I know that people sneak extras in, but to be that open about it!!! I just had to get this off of my chest!!! I am hoping that more people are honest, than not, and that the resort is not stressed due to over occupancy.
