I just wanted to say thanks to accountingbabe for allowing us to participate in the fridge swap. I see that she posted the request for a new box. When luggage services delivered us the fridge, most of the bottom half of the box was wet, so the cardboard was peeling apart. I used lots of packing tape to try to put it back together, so hopefully it will hold until someone can bring a new box. The coffeemaker and the toaster were still with the fridge but we did not use them. Also, POP is very familiar with the swaps. When we were checking out, I called to have luggage services pick up something to hold for another guest, the CM said "Is it for the fridge swap?"
You might also be aware that you have to insist on a claim ticket. I was told twice that they don't normally give a ticket they just pick it up and store it. I finally just said, "I want a claim ticket" and they gave me one. Other than that, the swap was seamless.
