We visited our local Disney Store to enquire on the price of 21 day WDW tickets - we waited a good few minutes before the cast member looked up from what she was doing behind the till to serve us. No apology for ignoring us. We asked about 21 day tickets and she said we only do 7 and 14 day tickets - I said (jokingly) but I would have thought you being Disney you would sell them - her reply was we only sell tickets as a favour to the parks. I couldn;t believe it I was seething. There was no helpfulness at all - and this particular cast member has been working there a while. If she had only said sorry we don;t but you can check on line I would have been happy. Not impressed. BTW we already have priced them on line and just out of interest thought would ask in the Disney Store.
Another point we have booked our flights only through Thomas Cook and we asked for a price for 21 day Disney ticket and 14 day Universal ticket - the prices were £50 each more expensive than we can get online. So by us looking on line have saved £300 just from sourcing the tickets ourselves. Just be careful if you ask travel agents to price ticekts always check them out yourselves.
