Not getting "paid" for paid emails

I have received emails lately from Milesource and Click to the Magic offering points for checking out an offer. I click on the link and even spend some time looking at the site, but I don't seem to be getting credit. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it just take awhile, unlike Memolink or MyPoints? Thanks!
