Not getting email response

When I post I do not get an email when someone replies to my posting. Why is this? How can I fix this?
 
I'm looking into this. Will you answer a few ?'s

Have you gotten emails before? If so, when did they stop? Have you changed your email address on the DIS or changed email providers?
