Not getting confirmation emails!

Last week I made two more ADRs for our September trip. I never got a confirmation email like I had for the previous ADRs I made in March. So yesterday I thought maybe the ADR wasn't accepted and I made another reservation (all this online) and I got a message that I already had a reservation for that time, which I canceled and updated with new ADR. still no confirmation email. I did print my confirmation letter that I got after the system accepted my reservation (didn't do that the first time) but the online system still doesn't locate my reservation I made yesterday when I search by confirmation number. I'm so upset I've forgot where I made the 2nd reservation at to begin with. :-/
Is anyone else having problems. I guess I just need to call and talk to someone?
 
I've been having the same problem for a few weeks now. Do you have any special characters in your email address? My email has underscores & for some reason the systems leaves out the underscores when it emails the confirmation. I've contacted WDW Dining and Tech Support and neither has a clue why is doing that.
 
I made 4 ADRs this morning and got the confirmations immediately. However, I made one 2 weeks ago that I never got one for.
 
I have 3ADR's and I haven't received not one single confirmation email, they were all done on different sprays all done over the phone with a CM. What I did do is look them up on Disney World website under My reservation & I have a printout and confirmation just in case.:thumbsup2
 

I do have special character in my email; an underscore. I guess I'll call tomorrow and get the confirmation numbers that I didn't print (really wish I had) and date/times now that I have forgotten. lol

Made my Xmas adds on line for all 5 days and got email confirmation for all and have retreived them with no problems..that wat June 26

If you make another reservation pay attention to the comfirmation page, verify whether or not the confirmation page has the correct email address. For example, my email is xxx_x_xx@gmail.com but the confirmation page has xxxxxxx@gmail.com. I ended up creating a WDW account with the wrong address and was able to view all my ADRs.
 
I had the same problem and my email as an underscore. I opened another account on Disney with the email with no underscore and lal my reservations showed up there. It's an aggrevation and Disney said they don't understand why it does that.
 
Always write down your confirmation numbers just in case. Emails can accidentally be deleted, be sent to spam, or any number of issues can happen. I always write them down in a separate spreadsheet for just confirmations AND on a notecard.

Spoke to Dining who transferred me to Internet help line, who told me to call Dining back and then I got someone who actually seemed to want to help me. It was the special character issue. For some reason it was leaving my underscore out. I still haven't received confirmation emails, but she told me it may take several hours. However I can now see all the reservations online.

It must be a newer issue. I have an underscore in my email, but have never had an issue getting confirmations, including about 2 months ago. Hopefully they fix it since it hasn't always been a problem!
 
I started to have the underline issue 2 weeks ago. I spent over 3 hours on the phone internet support trying to figure out what was wrong.

Glad they were able to help you. When I called I just kept getting transferred back and forth. I found it easier to just create the accounts without the underscores. It was starting to get frustrating.
 
I made 2 ADRs online yesterday, never got e-mail conformation. Plus they weren't showing up under my reservations. Luckily though, I had jotted down the confirmation #.

So I went back and tried to retreive one of those ADRs. After I type in the con. # and my telephone number, a window popped up that said, "Sorry, at this time we're having difficulty retriving dining reservations. Please try again later."

Just like the OP, I too, tried to make another ADR for the exact day/time. And it said that I already had an existing reservation.

So my thought is, it sounds like Disney Dining (online) is having some technical difficulties. Because they won't let me make another ADR, I'm confident that the ADR does exist, especially since I wrote down the confirmation number.

If anyone does call and ask, please let us know what you found out! Until then I'll just give it some time, and check for my ADRs later....:surfweb:

ETA: I should mention that of the 2 times I went to disneyworld.com to deal with these ADRs, and I noticed during one of those visits that my vacation package had disappeared as well. But this morning I checked, and it's showing up again. So I really think there's some technical issues going on with their site..

Still no confirmation emails, but they are showing up when I log into the site and I have printed that as it has my confirmation numbers on it.
 
I noticed today that I wasn't receiving email confirmations for some of my ADR's. So I went back and looked through them. I have made 6 reservations so far.

I have gotten confirmation emails for the 3 ADR's that DO NOT require a CC guarantee.

All 6 show up under my MDE account.
 
It seems to be only in the last couple weeks that emails haven't been sent. All of my ADRs show up in MDE, but I never got email for the last couple I made. As long as you have the confirmation number, it should be OK.

Were the ones you didn't get ADR's that required a credit card guarantee?
 
I have had similar issues with ADR confirmation emails in the past couple of weeks. I have had cancellation emails pop up without confirmation of the new ADR. However, they have all showed in MDE.
 
I'm at 100 days out now (Woohoo) :woohoo and was lucky today to snag a Crystal Palace breakfast ADR for before the MK opens. Someone must have cancelled as it was the only one on any of our days. I got the confirmation email, but it was not linked in MDE. Had to link it and it took a few tries.
