Not everyone using TS credit at the meal

We have (2) adults and (2) children in our party. If I have the DDP and we're eating at a TS restaurant, am I able to use 2 credits for the kids only and pay for the adult meals?

If so, can I then use my TIW card to pay for the adult meals? I thought maybe I could get separate checks to do this.

I know it's sort of strange but my husband and I are doing a couple of reservations where (2) dining credits are required and wanted to save them.

I know that you can use the credits how you wish, so you should be able to use the credits for the kids and have the adult meals put on a seperate bill.
So I am sure you would be able to use your TIW card to pay that one.

I know you can seperate the bills anyway you wish, so it just makes sense you would be able to use your card when paying OOP.

Yes, you can do this. Last December we did something similar, except that we didn't have children. There were three of us (all on the DDP), but sometimes we only wanted to use two credits (or even one credit). We told our server exactly who was using the DDP and who was not, so that the bill was correct. We then used the TIW card on the items we were paying for out of pocket. We didn't have any problems do this at any of the restaurants.
