Not Disney, but ? on rhymes to help kids tie shoes.

Does anyone know a cute short rhyme to help kids tie their shoes?

I heard one on Full House that goes something like:

"bunny ears, bunny ears, around the tree....pull throught the hole and you will see"

or something like that.... Just wanted to know the exact or correct words. I'm not sure if I have it right...

I don't know the rhyme, but just an FYI - when I taught my son how to tie his shoes he really couldn't get the bunny ears, so we went with the "grown-up" method and he got it right away. He is a lefty - I don't know if that had anything to do with it, because DD (a righty) got the bunny ears.

My daughter is 4 and she actually did it on the third try all by herself. I used the phrase I had posted above, which I know isn't totally correct. I was totally shocked that she picked up on it so quickly. I tought the "throught the hole" part would have been difficult, but after she watched me do it, she had that part down perfectly.

I was just hoping to find the exact words.

I can't remember the little song, but the episode where Spongebob Squarepants learned to tie his shoes worked for my dd. I tried the bunny in the hole, and just about everything else under the sun. Lo and Behold I see her tying her shoes and I was shocked when she said Spongebob "taught" her!

Good old Spongebob--"Do the loopty loop and pull and shoes are looking cool!" WOrked like a charm for my Nephew--DD tried the bunny thing, DS tried teh grown up thing and Spongebob caught his attention!
