Not Buying Regret - Help

Search is down and I read once that you can call Disney to order park merchandise. My son had his heart set on a certain hat in the stores at the parks that I want to get him for Christmas but never had the chance to buy when he wasn't around. Anyway, I would like to call WDW merchandise to order the hat. Anyone know how to get hold of this department?
