As a UK resident I am not able to access MDE on my PC.( I can get the very short verion on my I phone). As a result when I try to check in on-line through the DVC website, i am unable to. I am also unable to put my UK tickets ( bought through Disney) onto my account. Therefore there is no way I could book fastpass in advance if there is a test at BLT/AKV when we arrive.
My question is: should I bring this to the attention on Member satisfaction. Do they file complaints like this in the bin or are the interested in members opinions.
These problems will in no way spoil my vacation but I find the whole MDE situation extremely frustrating.
