Not able to check in online

As a UK resident I am not able to access MDE on my PC.( I can get the very short verion on my I phone). As a result when I try to check in on-line through the DVC website, i am unable to. I am also unable to put my UK tickets ( bought through Disney) onto my account. Therefore there is no way I could book fastpass in advance if there is a test at BLT/AKV when we arrive.

My question is: should I bring this to the attention on Member satisfaction. Do they file complaints like this in the bin or are the interested in members opinions.

These problems will in no way spoil my vacation but I find the whole MDE situation extremely frustrating.
 
I always let Member Satisfaction know what's going on. They may not care or they be powerless to make change but I know that I did my job.

Online check in for DVC doesn't have much of a benefit IMO anyway.

I have been able to open your link thank you - it gives me access to the old website. It looks like i will be able to check in online through it though so i am a step forward. It will not show me any dining ressies. I wonder why the DVC website does not link to it. Many thanks.

Canadians also don't have access to the MDE website. What they are recommending on the Canadian boards is VPN solution called tunnelbear.
