Not able to add a person to Safari Breakfast....I NEED to see Daisy!

My sister is going to visit us during our Nov vacation. She lives a couple hours from Disney. She had to change the dates she's coming, though and it's going to mess with our ADR for Donald's Safari Breakfast.

I keep searching, trying to get a table for 5 people but everything is booked for the day we want to go and every other day we could possibly make it.

I'm so bummed and annoyed at myself. This happened the last trip, too but I didn't learn. I thought I knew her dates so all would be fine.


Our main reason for wanting Donald's Safari was to meet Daisy. I haven't been able to find her listed at any other character meal. Am I missing something or does she only appear at Tusker House for breakfast?

Tusker House is the only Daisy spot, as far as I know.

Maybe your sister could agree to sleep in/fend for herself for an hour or so while y'all go to breakfast? Seems if she's the one who causes this type of issue with her repeated last-minute schedule-shifting, she shouldn't mind if y'all wanted to do this and couldn't rearrange it to suit her new schedule? It is only about an hour of time, after all...

On our last 2 trips ( last december and 3 weeks ago) we saw daisy at Epcot for a meet and greet in between space ship earth and the entrance. If all else fails at least you can see her.

Most certainly let sister do something else while you are eating.

My dear friend lives in Orlando and always meets us for a meal while we are there. We try and plan for which one so I can add her but sometimes her schedule changes....oh well, we meet up with her at other times, but I keep my adrs.

As PP said, she can arrive later, or see a show while you are eating, anything. Even just people watch. But if I wanted to go I would go period. Sis is a big girl she wouldn't be crushed.

We saw Daisy and Donald together in front of the Sorcerer's hat at the Studios. That was two weeks ago.

Daisy was doing opening sets at both MK and Epcot the other week. I do also believe she is part of the new character sets by the BAH with her new "Hollywood" costume. She is fairly common right now. So if you can't get her in that way, you should be able to track her down fairly easily.

They may be able to work your sister in if the restaurant is not at capacity. If it is, they won't allow her to join the party. You may have to wait longer than anticipated.

Last trip, we too, did run into Daisy at Epcot. I'm sorry- sounds frustrating- but hopefully you get to see her! I'd just show up early and see if they can squeeze another in. Good luck!
