Northern VA MLS real estate listings for the public???

Where I live now, my county MLS is accessible by the public. We have access to the same listings that are currently active in the MLS--but we don't necessarily get the full details that a realtor can get. But it is enough for me to determine my interest in a property.


Is there something similar for northern virgina, in particular Prince William County that is official. Not an advertising site or anything like that?

We do have a realtor--but I really just want to poke around and see what i can find. Evidently a website we had been using--is very outdated b/c everything I gave her was already under contract or closed--and are months old. Even zillow for that area is not accurate and I don't know why. (Homes listed for sale that she claims were sold 6-12 months ago and I have even gotten some listings that zillow says are not even on the market even though they have been for quite a whilel. I know zillow lags behind--but at least for where I live now, it isn't that far behind.)
