I could book online myself now, but if it is a mess for DU, then they aren't going to book individual cabins are they?

It would be $10,375 for 2 in a Cat 7 without airfares and insurance.

Your hold times will be longer that it says....I think it picks a time by volume of calls. Seems people are having such sticker shock, they are then having the agents check other catagories/dates, so the calls are taking some time.

Monica, I'm betting our cat 10 is gonna be $9000...but I'm hoping not.

Ok, we're kind of in limbo.

Since IC didn't call anyone and just blindly booked people we were booked on the April repo. We're currently waitlisted for a Cat. 1 or 2 for this cruise and I am very hopeful that we'll get it, but now I'm still waiting. I was hoping that after today I'd be done with waiting except for waiting for this cruise.

We got through right at 8 am. Jason's phone got through without even ringing. He must have called right as they opened the phone lines, perfect timing.

Ok I'm ticked!!! TA sent in wrong dates to DCL several weeks ago. When I called them last Tuesday he said they would take care of it. Well I'm still booked wrong and everyone else is getting their rooms!

Gydell, I can't believe you're TA sent in the wrong dates. I hope they'll be able to fix it.

DCL booked me for the wrong cruise this year - found out we were on the 4 day instead of the 7 day Mexican.... They managed to get it changed.....

My family and I will be joining all of you fine people! I have read all 30 pages and am now caught up and will try to stay current

SweetSue, Chris told me you and Christina were on here! We were so excited to see you. Lauren was wondering how big Christina was getting. We couldnt decided which date we wanted, leaning more towards this one, but then he saw you and knew this was the one.
Your post number#202 was very informative and I would just like to add a thought about Pompeii. The tour guides should have informed you more about how rought the streets were for Christinas chair. I personally think you missed alot because of that. We felt badly for you and wished you would have let us help you more.

I like the first trip. We , staff and passengers were all new to everything so it felt like we were all in it together.

The other day I was telling DH what we were going to name this one and I thought of " Bibbidty Bobbidty... Baltics"
thought I would share but will vote for one of the others you all have set up.

Gydell, thank you for getting the names set to go. Are you going to be the organizer for the Fish Extenders too? How warped is that? Cant book until tomorrow and I have already been thinking of FE pressies for the past couple of weeks!

Great to hear from you!!! DCL ended up refunding us for both the Pompeii part and the non-trip to Capri - as well as the extra for the "rough" crossing to Sorrento, so it ended up being only about $30.

I LOVE Bibbidty Bobidty Baltics!!!! I would have voted for that one if it was on the poll.

I probably won't know whether we made this cruise or not until later (TA books them for me). As much as we love suites, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS for this cruise. I looked at RCCL and we could book 24 days (a similar Baltic cruise + a Norwegian Fjords tour) in the same category for the same price. Still, it's not DCL....

I hope everyone gets what they want.

Emily - sorry to hear about the "generic" booking DCL did. Good luck on the waitlist! It's amazing how many people lose interest after booking. They begin looking at the costs and decide to go elsewhere.

That's what I'm hoping for. I just wonder how long I'll have to wait though. The agent I talked to said they're giving the waitlist people 13 days to make a decision.

You guys are so lucky. I got on as soon as it went online, and it never gave them as an option. Maybe it was a DVC thing....lol

We are in a cat 10 too, #2139. For 4 of us, 2 adults, and 2 kids age 17 and 7.
