Hi friends.....I'm on hold with DCL......it's only going to be a 37 minute wait until I get to talk to someone. I'm asking about pricing for the Christmas cruise for 2 in a cat 6.

Even though I'm not booking this Baltic cruise, I thought I would come over here and post because that's where everybody is this morning.

When your call connected did you get a message straight away saying your on hold? I keep getting two different types of engaged tones.

TA is dealing w/ Baltic for me but really wanted to know about Christmas Cruise. ARRGGGGHHHH!!

YES, I just hit redial for about a half an hour and kept getting two different kinds of busy signals too. Then when I finally connected, I got the message saying that I made it thru to DCL but now will have to wait to talk to a rep and my wait time is approximately 37 minutes. I'm still holding.

Your hold times will be longer that it says....I think it picks a time by volume of calls. Seems people are having such sticker shock, they are then having the agents check other catagories/dates, so the calls are taking some time.

Monica, I'm betting our cat 10 is gonna be $9000...but I'm hoping not.

When I left for work an hour ago Lynn was on the phone with DVC to book the Baltic Repo and 1st Baltic, no word from her yet. She was on my cell phone so I hope the battery holds out it was fully charged. We will see.

Ok I'm ticked!!! TA sent in wrong dates to DCL several weeks ago. When I called them last Tuesday he said they would take care of it. Well I'm still booked wrong and everyone else is getting their rooms!
