Also wanted to pop in and wish everyone a very Merry Christmas......or whatever you may celebrate. Things are busy here......family and guests have started to arrive so I am not sure how often I will get over here. Peace and Joy to all!

Lynn: my 20-miler was only so-so. The first 15 were fine, but it all deteriorated the last 5. I ended up being behind regulation pace. My 18-miler was very good, so I'm not going to fret. At least I got the miles in, ugly as they were. How'd it go for you? I recall you posted that the first attempt didn't quite get it all in.

Jeanne, I only made it 11 miles, the first loop of my longer walks, I stop in at home to use the facilities, drop off the dogs and replenish my water - never got back out, I think I was alot colder than I thought while walking! I am still hoping for a longer walk before Jan, but weather is not cooperating! The only nice day will be Christmas Day, and I cannot see spending 6 hours or more walking on Christmas! I am hoping that I can change corrals to join you, I am currently in the corral behind you, I need all the buffer I can get from the sweepers!

I haven't been on this thread since I got back from WDW on Saturday, so I thought I would pop on to say we had a fab time but due to us both being ill we were unable to make it to the Toy Story mania party and therefor failed to meet any DISers.

Anyway I will try at some point after christmas to catch up on this thread but until then I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and best wishes for the New Year.

Well, our last vacation, next vacation, the one after, then the September cruises are all my prezzy!!! I'm not complaining.

I'm not either! I figure next Christmas I will get things needed for the cruise. I have to keep telling myself that I am going to WDW for 2 weeks in May, the beach in June and Hawaii for a week in August so I'm not suffering too much!

Got our phone call at 5am to hurry up and get over to dgs house. He was ready for presents. Normally we open presents and have breakfast and then come home. They usuallly come over later to open the presents at my house and have dinner. But today as soon as he was through opening at his house he wanted to come to our house. We then went back to his house and had breakfast. We are now back home for the afternoon and they will be over later for dinner. I liked it better last year when it was 8am before he woke up!
