I think we figured out what we are doing on Friday June 11. Frances (DW) had wanted to do a Harry Potter tour - so after much research - we have booked a day long excursion with Richard from London Walks. I think that we are going to go to Oxford, Stonehenge and Lacock Abbey...

booked the canal cruise (SPB) online.

I was going to take the boys to the folklore show the 2nd night, but our Russian coach is emphatically telling me to do the ballet; I just wasn't thrilled about 14 and 17 at a ballet. I usually listen to him.

If they've printed our cruise packet, my excursions will all be different already! I've been changing them all week!

How fun...I love all things Harry Potter. When we were in London in 2007, we went to Kings Cross Station (or if DH is telling the story - I dragged the family all around London in the middle of the night) to see Platform 9 3/4. This year I told him I want to walk across the Millenium Bridge but we can do it in the daytime. We are planning to do the "Mysteries of Ancient Britian" with http://www.internationalfriends.co.uk/. The tour goes to Stonehenge, Avenbury and Salisbury. DH wants to see the orginal Magna Carta being an attorney and all.

HI ... so I just went through the secret mickey information and we have 23 people participating. I will try to get the information delivered tomorrow. I just spoke to DCL and they gave me the email address for who to contact to set up the meeting for the final exchange. Will post info when I have it.

Our documents arrived today via US mail! Most of it is correct. It has us taking Canterbury & Leeds Castle tour that we booked for the 11th on the 12th which would be interesting since it gets back after 4:00 pm on last call on the ship time.
They still have our Stockhom tour leaving at 12o pm but shows the ship leaving Stockholm at 1:00pm!
Oh well we will get this straighten out.

It's May I can finally say 'next month I will be sailing the Baltic' I'm so excited I can't imagine how I will feel June 1st when I can say 'this month I will be sailing the Baltic' Already having nightmares about my FE gifts!!!! Haven't gotten any documents and not sure if they are coming directly to us or to our TA and then she will give them to us Oh well, I got the electronic airline tickets so I'm going regardless

you will love it, although you'll wish you could spend a whole day at each stop! I have been to Stonehenge and the surrounding area several times, and I could go again! Walking the streets of Oxford are actually inspiring

I'm starting to develop our plans for port days. Anyone have an idea how to visit Schwerin Castle from Warnemunde? I found one recommended tour guide with trips there, but he was booked on that day.

Or let me know if you think a visit there isn't worth the trip. I know nothing about it except the photos look pretty cool. We don't want to make the trip to Berlin, and I'm not terribly excited about what I see in Rostock.

I just googled 'what to do while in port at Warnemunde". I got quite a few responses.

Also, our massage therapist is German and it's very interesting how much nicer the name Warnemunde is in the german language!

By the way did I read correctly that people are invited to bring villain costumes to wear for the Disney Villain Night? I would love to bring my maleficent costume! Providing enough room in the suitcase.

No docs for us yet, but we are in Australia.
