I'm jealous this will be your 10th though!!! I wanna be platinum right now- since they keep coming out with more and more things that benefit platinum. haha
This cruise will be our 5th.... so we'll be gold finally.

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna prefer the warmer climate too- but long as I don't freeze to death, I think I'll be okay. I've always wanted to go to Alaska! (and I'm getting prepared for it with all this ice and SNOW here in Texas. haha)

I've never actually organized one of these before so I am winging it How do I exactly get all the information to participants?

You are doing fine so far. The biggest challenge is to get the list created and posted from time to time with current room information. As we get closer to the cruise, you will see room changes and new room assignments. The list will have to updated. You may want to consider a cut off date for new people. That way, we will have a little advance knowledge of how many are participating.

At some point in the future, you can post the "final" list with room numbers. It is helpful to have that list sorted by deck.

What Ken said, also, I would suggest a method of letting folks know about changes, have someone (or yourself) post a "changed stateroom" list on their door so that folks know where to go to check for changes. You could get Peter (Hygiene99) to add the FE list to his information page.

Perfect! I can post the list on my cabin door (when I get my cabin # ) that specifies any changes.

Has anyone noticed that if you go to the website for the Great Alaskan Lumberjack show in Ketchikan and check on tickets for our date that the 4:45 show says it is a Disney Exclusive children's show, but will let you buy tickets? I couldn't book through DCL b/c I had something booked earlier that day and thought I'd check on their website for other times, but it let me book the Disney Exclusive show at 4:45, which works perfectly. Huh. Also, it was cheaper.

I remember reading a January 2011 post about "reservations" personnel not having access to the scheduled entertainment ... but my recollection on previous DCL cruises was that this information was available to Suites or Concierge level guests.

I am not sure if the January post means entertainment information is not provided at all. If there is anyone online that booked a Suite or Concierge level stateroom ... please clarify for us? If information is available as to the scheduled entertainment ... please keep us in the loop!
