North To Alaska--May 3, 2011 on the Disney Wonder

I'm joining your train party too!

Party on the train sounds fun. The guys and I will be there too, but I think we are going to do the "big shore excursion" in Skagway (train, liar's town, etc) for this trip. Should be fun as the guys will love the train.

Whoa. Packing away here and almost forgot to get the geocaching info for Alaska! Not sure when I will be up there again so I have to do some geocaching while up there!

Almost missed loading those into my GPS!

Hello Repo'ers,

I just noticed that the Repo itinerary has the Wonder stopping in SF on Friday, Apr 29th. And I have a special offer for two brave cruisers.

Holly & I live in the Bay area and used Groupon to buy some tickets to the SF Ghost Tour that need to be used for that tour on Friday evening. We are going and that leaves two tickets for 2 more people. More people can join just call them and reserve a spot.

Looks like fun and a different side of SF than the normal view. ;)

Their writeup and link is below.

Also, we had planned to spend the night in SF before driving north to Vancouver on Saturday morning.

Is anyone planning on any meets at Pier 39 (Fisherman's Warf) for some clam chowder or Ghirardelli Chocolate Co (www.ghirardelli.com)? We would love to possible join any of you before meeting again in Vancouver.

I may do one more update depending on time, so if you spot any of my errors (:scared1:) or want to add something else let me know.

Also, the e-mail you can send a pic to is DCLAlaskaCruise at aol.com.
I did not use the @ symbol because the spam I have gotten.

Enjoy the day. See Ya Real Soon.

Bob, I like Spam... in the can kind that is.

Loaded some Geo Caches fr Skagway as that looks like the only place we will have time.

I am soooo excited. 8 days til I leave. I am feeling a little overwhelmed by the to-do list right now. Work and kid juggling M-F this week and then we are leaving Friday evening for a soccer tournament in STL and won't be back until late Sunday night and I fly out at 7am Monday morning. Guess I am going to start packing tomorrow. Not like I'll need those formal and semi-formal dresses during the week right? :thumbsup2

Maybe I'll make a list tonight?

I am enjoying reading the posts from everyone who has left already or is leaving soon! :cheer2:

We are headed out to Denver tonight - safe travels all - see you all soon!
